And this kind of characteristic is up to the increase of the length of the tunnel and increasingly apparent. And internal tunnel project with regard to safe and operation for the tunnel often consult foreign tunnel experience, such as America and Europe, Japan, etc.;according to set up the relevant measure on the hardware aspects, such as management and administration, etc. But suches, setting of relieve disaster tactics and mechanism, etc. are still lack a systematic structure. This research plans to regard highway tunnel precautions disasters and manages as the research object. At first, collect and put in order internal and international tunnel calamity case, sum up the characteristic and reason. Secondly, through the internal and international tunnel safety devices, the relevant regulation, to study the tunnel safety design and manage subject while operating at present, such as the tunnel safety design, that restriction of facilities are operated, passed through people and car and traffic administration, with link and deals with etc. Then, plan it by the internal long tunnel of highway important calamity case, to compare good or bad for precautions disaster, the calamity characteristics of different tunnels and grade, etc., use to seek to the await improved subject. The research results are found, precautions disasters safety design in internal expressway, go on with the foreign advanced system, But the general provincial highway, safe design conditions are different to not merely take precautions disasters, such as motorcycles are in large quantity, and take precautions disasters system execute unit like the Directorate General of Highway, police, fire fighting, electricity, the responsible institutions of telecommunication, etc. are different, communicate, link a lot of interface, may influence the disaster relief effect ,In order to take precautions disasters the subject needed to face as quickly as possible in management. 鄭紹材 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 85 zh-TW
