Summary:碩士 === 長榮大學 === 土地管理與開發學系碩士班 === 93 === It is ten-anniversary after occurrence of Japan Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in 1995. However, there are seldom documents for community reconstruction of Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake in Taiwan. To consider the value of reference and exchange of the reconstruction experience, it is necessary to grasp the whole scale of reconstruction process and experience from Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. Many documents are reviewed to conclude the facts which involve in relationships among the governments, experts and residents of community participation, community organization, and resource from post-disaster community recovery. Two post-disaster cases in Kobe, Japan are selected to be analyzed which are Mano community and Noda-hokubu community where were damaged in Hanshin-Awaji Great Earthquake in 1995. As a result, we find out effect factors and types of resources, works of government, exterior people efforts, works of community organization and residents during post-disaster recovery, and construction works in different recovery phases.
