碩士 === 長榮大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 93 === Recently Information Technology grows vigorously. It has a great impact on people's life, and Education is one kind among them. Relatively to traditional teaching, e-learning get rid of the restrictions of the time and space. It is a kind of more convenient study way for people. This research consults the international e-learning standard of SCORM, and builds a e-learning management tool. On client-side, we design an authoring tool which to help the material designer to develop teaching material which conforms to SCORM standard. It includes two functions : the templete of teaching material and the editor of the course structure. On server-side, we modify SCROM Sample RTE 1.3.3 released of ADL and expand its function. We use the data mining technology to analyze the electronic learning portfolios. It can help us to reach the goal of the adaptive instruction. Finally, we have made English digital teaching materials of children according to SCORM standard. Its content is the phonics of English letter. It will be provided for students to study.
