Due to the internet and Electronic commerce appearance, SMEs original have competitive advantage were reduced, because that the some case of the large enterprise can penetration SEMs’s marketing way to contact with customers immediately. Not only facing competition, but also must face the globalization challenge. Thus, the findings of these studies on large business are unlike to be generalized to SEMs. Thus, different from the previous studies on large firms, the research analysed inducts influence factor of e-procurement, survey object by SMEs. By「Industrial environment characteristic」、「The enterprise manages characteristic」、「The customer relationship」、「The supplier relationship」to explore influence factor of e-procurement in Taiwan’ s SEMs. Finding demonstration, SMEs inducts the wish factor. (1) Support from top management: Top management must fully support this project in human resource and financial aspects. In addition, authorization is also required to enable employees to be responsible for their decisions. (2)E-procurement system plan and design from the final customer and user’s angle. (3)Industry inducts in the electronic process to decide purchase pattern consideration many-faceted, besides the enterprise itself detachment condition, still must give dual attention between the supplier and customer. Thus, first chooses the pattern can truly conform to the E-business demand. The enterprise synthesizes considers the way which the external economy environment factor, the supplier can coordinates.
