Description
Summary:碩士 === 嘉南藥理科技大學 === 環境工程與科學系暨研究所 === 93 === Land resources such as soil have a great deal of influence and a close relationship with human’s survival and development because it provides many important functions to the society, economy, and environment. For example, Land resources could be used for agricultures, recreations, and ecological care, so people could survive by using land resources, but land resources in Taiwan has polluted seriously by heavy metal. According to historical data that established by environmental protection units, Changhua County, Taichung County, and Taoyuan County’s land resources have polluted seriously. Also, the other counties and cities’ land resources’ pollution are increasing dramatically; therefore, many people and experts really worry about the Taiwan’s environmental pollution problems. This research will focus on constructional methods that are used in Taiwan frequently and currently to evaluate land resources’ heavy metal remedying results. Also, this report will compare different prices between various remedying machines. In the evaluation, different areas and different remediation targets of pollution scenes need to do “dilution-remediation”, and the total expenses of “dilution-remediation” will affect by various remedying machines and executed working dates. However, most environmental protection units are based on the prices that issued by EPA and do not concern about the pollution scenes’ conditions. As a result, this report will provide an experimental equation that offers estimated budgets of land resources remedying sequel and estimated results of expected remediation. This experimental equation is calculated by the remedying machines’ operation hours per hectare that based on the conditions of pollution scenes, the sizes of the pollution areas, the depth of remedying planning, the decreasing percentage of expected remediation, and the working hours of remedying machines. Then, the statistics from this equation is expected to show the expected target of pollution scenes and the expected costs of remedying machines. Therefore, this experimental equation is expected to provide a reliable evaluation on the cost of anticipated remedying target with remedying machines. The statistics from the remedying machines’ working dates and the pollution percentage before and after remediation shows that the 206 research areas, including Changhua County, Taichung County, and Tainan County, have a great deal of improvement and do not need to become the expected remedying target. As a result, the statistics integrates into an experimental equation. This equation shows on the following: Expected budget per hectare (y)=Y2=(288.06–166.16X1+1.63X2+1.38X3)2 X1: Area (per hectare) X2: The depth of remedying (cm) X3: The effectives of remedying (%) y=Y2: expected budget dollar (dollar/per hectare)
