Therefore, it needs the process of ongoing improvement to break thought the system. In addition, according to the related reference about lean production system and TOC, TOC is one kind of tools in the lean production system. This research proposes the lean production system and TOC integration model based on the research gap and the practical need, and then adapts it for manufacturing industry. The modal is named “LEAN _ TOC Roadmap” in this research. This roadmap comprises the Five Focusing Steps of TOC and the principles of lean production system. In order to make the process or enterprise being more efficient and more effective, the roadmap can quickly point out the problems and break through the situation.
