Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 93 === Abstract In this study, a series of oleic acid modified nano-sized silica were prepared and characterized. The modified silica particles (SiO2-m) were then dispersed in the precursor of PI by blending method and cured by a multi-step thermal process to form the corresponding PI/ SiO2-m composites. The effect of the addition of the SiO2-m on the properties of the composites has been studied. The results indicated that with less than 1wt% of SiO2-m content, the as-prepared SiO2-m-containing PI composites exhibited enhancement on the thermal stability, dimensional stability and reduction of capacity of water absorption with slightly reduction of Dk value. This demonstrated that addition of the OA modified silica improved the potential of PI in application of electronic devices.
