Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所(工業工程學所) === 93 === Abstract Most of enterprise employed ERP to improve operation process - including order management, manufacturing process, procurement management, asset management and the others aspects of management in the past. But the rapid change environment in the global, ERP is no longer suitable for product management, production scheduling, and customer service. The decision-making information is fall short of expectations. The original definition of ERP II was put forth in 「ERP Is Dead — Long Live ERP II」 in April, 2000. ERP users continue to be challenged by the globalization of business, the increased vertical application requirements, and the extension of business processes into the collaboration commerce in application architectures. The study is base on ERP, and integrate APS、PDM、BI to structure the MRP II model. Advanced Planning and Scheduling find the best sequence of operation along with the associated machines to satisfy certain criteria to improve the factory efficiency. Functionality of Product Data Management is supplemented that provide the data of product definition lifecycle. ERP had functionality to provide statistical capabilities such as trend analysis, predictive forecasting, and guided decision-making. The technologies of this model can provide users with the timely access to high quality data, and advanced analytics they need to make smart strategic decisions, and improve operational effectiveness. ERP links with APS、PDM、BI build an aggregative enterprise management system that will improve the highly competition in the global market.
