The Taiwanese Government plans to invest two hundred billion NT dollars of funds to support the research and development for the optic electronic industry. Many optic electronic manufactures now invest more money for development and research. On the other hand, many optic electronic companies consider the operational strategy on how to transfer the production technology to the developing countries so as to lower manufacturing cost. In this study, we develop a methodology for production technology transfer problems. Optimization techniques are applied to develop an integer programming model for solving the production technology transfer problem. The developed methodology is implemented in a local company. Using economic benefit analysis, we can find the developed methodology is helpful for the company to solve the production technology transfer problem. Chium-Ming Liu 劉浚明 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 79 zh-TW
