Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 === 93 === CPFR(Collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment) provides a new method to solve the problem of supply chain network which is getting more and more complicated nowadays. By considering thoroughly of the collaborative supply chain network with operate models of collaborative partners, it can decrease the uncertainty of (the relationship between) supply and demand to increase the competition in business. However, the operation of CPFR system can function the best when deserting the old way of evaluating on a single collaborative partner, instead of a mechanism which can evaluate all collaborative partners’ performance of whole collaborative supply chain network. Further, the mechanism depends on an analysis model which can actually reflect the performance of supply chain network, so that it can function effectively, correctly and finally become the collaborative base for order planning. This research evaluates the performance of the whole collaborative supply chain network and develops a algorithm to solve the problem of order planning under the environment of prompt and transparent information sharing which considers the factors that might affect collaborative qualities through analysis. More considerations are added to characteristics of the collaborative partners and the limit of resource, including the model of collaborative quality. It offers the best combination of order distribution as decision-makers’ reference in the shortest time. Therefore, it is expected that can effectively promote the whole beneficial results of supply chain network under the trend of electronic procurement.
