If we want to establish a competitive supply chain network, the collaborative partner’s constitution must be sturdy first, then integrate the resource of cooperation partners. Furthermore, in order to structure the best decision support system of coordinate supply chain management, it must be reflect the performance of collaborative partners.
In addition, in order to improve the benefit of manufacturing resource planning, we can practice the related management activities, like preventive maintenance, process control, and product inspection etc. And that whether the equipment is stable or not, it influence the quality and cost of product.
This research focused on a customization production manufacturing system of multiple and batch process. Based on the preventive maintenance plan, and considering the executing time within preventive maintenance and the constraint on production time at the same time, to analyze the relationship with each management activity by system simulation.
