In traditional way, the operating staff had to solve those problems by their experience. The purpose of the study is to establish a new determine logic by cut apart the lattice and cellular automata. And use this method to be the standard for Interpolation and filling colors those pixel lattices with not color at this stage. This result is contributive to increase the precision for image differentiation effectively.
