Especially observes development tendenay the domestic Electronic and Electrical Machinery industry, It is not hard to know the Avionics industry extremely to have the apportunity to become the new mainstream, because of the high-tech, high quality, high protection and the high value request. It is the critical point for the Avionics industry to cut into the international market, while the Aerospace marketing structure getting complete. Appropriately evaluate the value of Avionics industry business model, will be helpful development to the promotion Avionics industry. It also will become the key factor to cut into the international Avionics market. The object of study is one of the Avionics company in Taiwan, for understanding it’s position and characteristic in Avionics industry by analyzing industries, competitors and SWOT. We evaluate the investment value between year 2007 and defer to year 2008 by Binomial Option Model. The result of this study, value of investment in year 2007 is higher than defering to year 2008 because of cost increase. The top manager can make a decision what is the time to invest by refering the result of study.
