Taiwan businessman for seeking suitable elements of production combination to hold the competitive ability. The base of the production will move to Mainland one after another. When their manufactures have the competitive ability in locality, and estimating the feasibility by the cost and benefit analysis, the manufactures sale back to Taiwan which will be a natural to become another economical cause, it’s also one of important options to push the internationalization forward. In the foreseeing future, the trending of Taiwanese products which made in China will sell back to Taiwan increasing steadily, moreover it will directly affect Taiwan’s industrial structure. This study is using the example of Ting-hsin Group’s merchandise to sell back to Taiwan for discussing the motive and the strategy factor of Taiwanese Invest in China Moreover, through this study of caused the variation of Taiwan market ecology, analyzes the superior of competitive strategy for Ting-hsin Group. Finally, generalizing a conclusion and proposing the suggestion from the study, then providing the reference of strategy formulation for Taiwan instant noodles industry in the future. Firstly, the study went through the literature on the subject. for the research rationale. And then to collect and analyze the information of Taiwan instant noodles operating condition, the market supply, demand, and the production capacity. After that, according to the Five Forces Analysis to proceed the industry competition analysis, and find the Taiwan instant noodles industry should adopt what kinds of competition strategy for keeping the Sustainable Competitive Advantages. Through with deeply interview as well as market effect analysis, provide strategy proposal to the relative companies finally. The result of this study shows, the direction of competition strategy of the Taiwan instant noodles industry, should towards promoting technology, reducing the cost and diversity. For the Mainland Taiwanese Invest, the way of holding the superiority status in the Taiwan market is to keep using the brand superiority for enhancing the international brand image.
