The present study includes the following purposes: 1. Understand information education evolution of Elementary and junior high schools between Taiwan and Mainland China. 2. Understand that the policy for information education, course content, teaching resource, teachers foster the present situation of the system of Elementary and junior high schools between Taiwan and Mainland China. 3. Pass the comparative analysis of both sides of the Straits, in order to probe into its similarities and differences. 4. According to research conclusions propose charges to Taiwan information education system. According to the finding, this research educates the suggestion put forward on the information of Taiwan as follows: 1. Should be ground and discussed the policy direction together by central authorities and school. 2. Should increase student’s study in cooperation and ability to appraise information. 3. Should makesure information course is intact and consistent. 4. Should substantiate the information equipment. 5. Should reduce the difference in urban and rural areas. 6. Should combine folk resources, construction shares the platform. 7. Should of Construction teacher's post to function. 8. Should increase teacher's speciality to knowledge. 9.
