The enterprises focus on the cross-department organizing through computerized way to promote the specific operation efficiency traditionally, but after every department introduce the information system in succession, every department forms like the detached island of information, circulation of the information of every department , merger of the workflow while causing enterprises to organize and linking up , there are very great obstacle and difficulty, how to combine the information of cross-department of enterprises, form the thinking direction of systematic planners of ERP. The scholar finds that enterprises implement the Business Process Reengineer(BPR) after matching information science and technology, it can obtain the obvious effect to construction into ERP system; The ERP system belong to innovation of technology, but enterprise procedure belong to innovation of management, matching both each other and influence and how merge enterprise and ERP systematic manufacturer role of the two make a reservation while construction into ERP system, it is that this research institute will probe into. The research carries on deep analysis and studies by way of building ERP system constructed to channel into the standard procedure to the case company, the circle makes a new ERP system of manufacturing industry and plans the procedure , problem that may meet and settlement step by step that the construction needs to follow , it’s also solve various kinds of example edition and tool of problem develop one accord with enterprise tactics and merge systematic manufacturer coach ERP system of role channel into the standard way to cooperate.
