Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 體育學系碩士班 === 93 === The main purposes of this dissertation were to understand and discuss what differences were caused by Physical Education teachers’ school administration culture, career value, work engagement, and personal background in junior high schools. And the analysis on the relationship of school administration and work engagement was involved. This investigation regarded Physical Education teachers of national junior high school in Taipei as the research objects. The data analyses included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analyses of variance, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regressions, Carry on statistical analysis. This research got the following conclusions: 1. The situation of school administration culture, career value and work engagement of junior high school Physical Education teachers was better than the average. It was shown that school administrations were positively regarded ‘cooperative care’. The general career value was ‘inherent value’. The highest data of work engagement was ‘professional dedication’. 2. There were obvious different correlations of school administration culture and background variables, such as age, education, being concurrently coach, school size. 3. There were significant different correlations of career value and variables of age, marital status, teaching experience, service period, education, being concurrently coach, school size. 4. The significant differences were also shown in the correlations of work engagement and age, teaching experience, education, holding concurrently jobs, and school size. 5. The positive correction between school administration culture and career value was existed. Besides, integrated organization culture and autonomy ideals were positively correlated. 6. The positive correction between school administration culture and work engagement was also existed. The relation of cooperative care and professional dedication was highly correlated. 7. There were no consistent correlations of career value and work engagement. The highest correlation was between inherent value and complete work engagement, and the apparent negative correlation was between taking vacations and shrinking back. 8. The personal background variables and school administration culture affected the prediction of work engagement. In addition, there were strong correlations: job concentration and inherent value, shrinking back and inherent value, and professional dedication and autonomy ideals.
