The key factor to promote organizational innovation is knowledge flow. In the past, scholars often discuss organization transferring; they discuss less about the organizational members of knowledge flow and innovation performance by social capital. That deserves to be mentioned. We will based on organizational members to discuss how the social capital organizational members influence the knowledge flow of quality and quantity. The main questions of this framework include: (1) what is the meaning of innovation performance, social capital, knowledge flow and situations of knowledge creation? How to measure them? (2) would social capital influence knowledge flow? (3) could knowledge flow affect organizational innovation performance by social capital? (4) will the situations of knowledge creation strengthen that knowledge flow promote innovation performance? We explore the manufacturing industry in Taiwan, and acquired 81 valid samples with Questionnaire Survey and Mail. We analyzed samples with factor analysis, Multiple Regression analysis. Empirical results show that: (1) the organizational members based on trust and share values to transfer knowledge; it can enhance the knowledge flow of quality and quantity. (2) the members of knowledge flowing quality strengthen innovation performance, and the members of knowledge flowing quantity can strengthen subordinates'' satisfaction, (3) When employees have Requisite Variety, it can strengthen that knowledge flow influence subordinates'' satisfaction.
