Animal behavior measurement is based on the biomedical measurement technique, it can transfer the animal activity in a specify space to an important meaningful behavior data. Most of the modern measurement instruments are capable to detect the animal behavior in high resolution, but these machines are very expansive. Because animal behavior experiment need to be repeat many times, and the correct result is very much depends on statistic. Therefore, in this paper we implement a CMOS image sensor based animal behavior measurement system. Compare with the other animal behavior technology, this system is hi-resolution and low cost which can measure animal behavior precisely in real-time.
