Summary: | 碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 93 === The subject of this thesis is about optimal design for highly speed centrifugal compressors. As we know that the compressor is used to treat with the compressible fluid and it plays the important roles in precision industry and traditional industry. This article introduces a process of optimal design for highly speed centrifugal compressors to building the referenced data for researcher. Numerical simulation of compressor is analyzed by using CFD, therefore let us realize how the variation of parameters affects the flow field and efficiency of the compressor from the simulation. Furthermore, we also build the nodes of flow field for the compressor in order to finding out the optimal design of high efficient one. By the method, the defect of time consuming traditional design can be improved as well as lowers the energy cost and upgrades the additional value. Then, the compressor will be out compete in the market.
