It becomes a very important issue to understand the students’ e-Learning effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to analyze the students’ e-Learning effectiveness in order to provide the school with a better learning strategy. Therefore, the study lays its foundation on “The Research Model of Educational Training Work”. The research modified the model and adopted the measures of experiments plus questionnaires. It aims to 90 four-year freshmen, whom were allotted three groups (practice with 1 hr/wk, practice with 1hr/wk at 1st month and 1 1/2 hr/wk from the 2nd month to the end of the semester, traditional learning) as research objects, during the whole semester. The outcome of the research shows that learning manners, learning styles and previous grades would influence learning effectiveness. In addition, previous grades and different college groups could exert an obvious impact. In the final part of the research , several suggestions were proposed, including that school should increase equipments of network environment and the understanding of students’ learning styles would favor the promotion of e-Learning. The school authorities ought to formulate policies for students to learn on-line according to time scales to enhance their learning effectiveness. Te-Hsin Hsieh 謝德鑫 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 80 zh-TW
