Due to different career feature and individual personality, different types of manager reflect different responses in every structure. Three hypothesis of the research are:differentia between individual characteristics and variables, relations among variables, and consequence resulted from variables. Through actual investigations using information analysis methods as auxiliary in the great Tainan area, such as factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis and regression analysis, in order to process and test every type of hypotheses. The research results show that:1. Individual personality is significantly related to job stress, personality traits, management strategies and work adjustment. 2. Job stress, work adjustment and management strategies are closely related to each other. 3. Job stress, management strategies affects the result of job stress.
