The research purposes are as follows: First, understand the achievement motivation of digital multimedia workers with different demographic characteristics. Second, understand the performance of digital multimedia workers with different demographic characteristics. Last, understand whether different achievement motivation influence the performance of digital multimedia workers. The research is a survey research, and samples are Medianews On Line(MOL) students of Ming-Chuan University. With 197 effective questionnaires, this paper concludes that the tendency toward positivity of digital multimedia workers with different specialties is not the same. And the indifference toward peers and tendency toward fear of success of digital multimedia workers in different positions is also not the same. In addition, the performance of digital multimedia workers in different positions is not the same. And if the stronger digital multimedia workers’ tendency toward achieving hard job, being positivity, and wanting to exceed others is, the higher their performance is.
