With the great change of technology, law and market environment, media industry in Taiwan necessarily take BR as a serious work. As a result, this article is written to discuss relationships among organizational culture, key Success factors of business reengineering and organizational commitment in TVBS. Many empirical studies in media industry in Taiwan is reviewed. And the conceptual and operational definition of organizational culture, key Success factors of business reengineering and organizational commitment is discussed and developed that is applicable for media industry. The study adopts questionnaire survey research methods and “judgment sampling”. Three different hierarchy of staff in TVBS is identified to implement sampling arrangement. 300 available questionnaires are return, effectiveness rate is 100 %. (1) The components of organizational culture of departments in TVBS had made significant difference. Administrative department in TVBS is well both in the concordant support and the active innovation. (2) The components of KSF of BR of department in TVBS had made significant difference. Administrative department is well both in the human resource and the information application. Account executive department is well both in the goal integration and the strategies leading. (3) The components of organizational commitment of departments in TVBS had made significant difference. Account executive department is well in the value commitment. Production department is well both in the continuance commitment and the compromising commitment. (4) The organizational culture and KSF of BR of departments in TVBS are correlative. Demonstrated the components of the concordant support and the active innovation can efficiently forecast the KSF of BR to reach 25.7% total variations quantities. (5) The KSF of BR and organizational commitment of departments in TVBS are correlative. Demonstrated the components of the human resource, the goal integration, the information application and the strategies leading can efficiently forecast the organizational commitment to reach 36.9% total variations quantities. (6) The organizational culture and organizational commitment of departments in TVBS are correlative. Demonstrated the components of the concordant support and the active innovation can efficiently forecast the organizational commitment to reach 25.7% total variations quantities. The finding not only provides an overview of media industry with BR in Taiwan, but also enhancement of academic theory field. Still the research is more complete after the additional data of quantity methods is added.
