Organization change as a complex management issue, regarding the theory of organization change in adjusting the repositioning of organization, is significant to the development of political parties. As the theory of Punctuated Equilibrium, as in organizational evolution, suggests a great range of progressive organizational evolution and reform movements followed by continues evolution regarding the factors constituting the organization is best for maintaining the equilibrium when organizations are effected by environmental changes. The following research is based on the aggressive political environment changes faced by The National Party (Kuo-Min Tang). Discussion involves the adjusting and repositioning of organization, as well as, the related subjects regarding movements and motivations of political reforms. The result of the collected self-administered questionnaires supported the hypothesis in this research and verified the theory of Punctuated Equilibrium. More, the stereotypical culture of organization is suggested to be the obstacle for organization reform. Motivating organizational learning in addition to adapting a great range of progressive organizational evolution will overcome the conflict of the stereotypical culture of organization. This report regarding the process of the organizational changes and repositioning of political parties, in the case of KMT, is of great meaning toward political strategies and policies.
