Now China has become a major focus for foreign investment, because of its low labor cost and huge market. Due to its geographic and cultural proximity to Taiwan, more and more Taiwanese companies choose PRC as the next place to conduct business. It’s very obvious that Taiwan and PRC economically depend on each other. The main aims of this study are to analyze the relationship between Job satisfaction and Organizational commitment. Demographic variables, such as Age, Sex, education, position, and location. It is hoped that results of this study would help Taiwanese companies that are presently or considering doing business in PRC maximize their effects and minimize risks. The samples are 350 employees of A company but the valid questionnaires are 294.After SPSS for Windows 11.0 statistic analyzing, the results are summarized as following: 1. The employees of A company with different characters will lead to variance job satisfaction. 2. The employees of A company with different characters will lead to variance organizational commitment. 3. There is a relationship between the job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
