However, literature about job stress in Taiwan. Questionnaires are used for date collections. It is the purpose wants to understand the relation between job stressor, job stress responded, job satisfaction, general health, and personality traits the relationship, as well as inquiring individual attribute's influence toward of the research variables. Fuzzy c-means clustering and k-means algorithm analysis are applied to job stress of operators in semiconductor industry. Proposal conclusion to a job stress model of operators in semiconductor industry is proposed and examined. The results of this study are as follows: (1) Job stressor and personality traits are creates of operators in semiconductor industry to have the high job stress response major effect factor. (2) Job stressor and job satisfaction is an inverse correlation. (3) Job stressor and job stress responded can affect the general healthy. (4) Individual attribute and personality traits then not obviously influence. (5) The younger of years and childless have the high job stressor. (6) Each monthly mean salary is high obvious to the job stress responded of reaction. (7) Senior's the job Satisfaction lowly. (8) Childless and each monthly mean high salary general state of health is bad. (9) Using cluster analysis way although may more convenient, rapid, also the objective knowing job stress.
