| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 資訊科學研究所 === 93 === The Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) is composed of mobile phone related companies. The OMA was published OMA-DRM standard in 2002. It will make considerable application in the mobile commerce. But the commercial competition result probably brought companies doesn’t observe the OMA-DRM standard, because companies will develop new function which can be able to attract consumer. We thought should make the clear layer design in mobile DRM to solve the companies does not observe standard problem, enable the companies can develop the related function which excels layer, enable the companies can cooperate to develop DRM system. In addition, we propose the mobile DRM import and export protocol suitable to the present mobile phone according to the fair use, enable the mobile DRM can conform to the law, give consumer the basic safeguard. Besides, we thought enable consumer accepts the DRM is not easy, so we designed the improve method to promote the consumer to use the DRM, enable consumer accept the DRM.
