So, as for the point of view of enterprises largest targeted profit, if organizations have no actual benefit or long-term interests, the inter-organizational connection will go apart gradually. This research is to show that under the environment of intense competition and consideration of the relating factor between enterprise and supplier chains (information exchange & operational linkages、legal bonds & cooperative norms、relationship-specific adaptations by the seller or buyer), only when there exists a positive profit, then enterprises will carry on the actual exchanges with the supplier. As a result, there will be further development of inter-organizational relationships. In the process of interactive, when existing benefit or interests are greater, then the relations of both sides are closer. Especially when enterprises effectively allocating resources that have “inter-organizational resource characteristic” (dependence, complementary, specificity), it can accelerate the innovation of the new products and new technology, and improve innovative quality. Thus, organization can improve and adapt to the competitive power resulted from the environmental changes. Like this, enterprises can use the inter-organizational resource characteristic to prevent the invasion of the new competitor. At the same time, organizations reduce the cost of using enterprise resources and cost of goods. So, if enterprises are good at using the inter-organizational resource characteristic, this will contribute a lot to the setting-up and maintain of the competition advantages. Manufacturers will have higher assessment toward the satisfaction and performance of the suppliers. This research is according to the interview of five enterprises to the topic of “The Inter-organizational Resources Characteristic Utilization in Supplier Relationship Management”. Please see the following five important points: (a) When the degree of using Inter-organizational resource characteristic is lower, the trade method will tend to be simple or repeat, the frequency of trade and interaction will be very low, and it is difficult for both sides to establish close relationship. (b) When the degree of using Inter-organizational resource characteristic is higher, this will help to develop and keep relationship between both sides, the frequency of trade and interaction will be higher, and it contributes to the setting-up of the competitive advantages. (c) Inter-organizational must have the ability and resource to offer the other side’s need and inter-organizational resource characteristic. By this way, the cooperation between both sides will last for a long time. If they just use the way of believing or promising to establish relationship and will not use inter-organizational resource characteristic, the cooperation between both sides will disappear gradually in the realistic environment of the enterprise competition. (d) The link of inter-organizational relation does not depend on the resource itself which supplier offered, but depend on if outside resources which enterprise hoped to get have possessed the inter-organizational resource characteristic. The higher the degree is used, the higher the manufacturer''s evaluation toward supplier''s satisfaction and performance. (e) The usage of inter-organizational resource characteristic is not the single resource characteristic that is used independently; it may exist at the same time, used together, used mutually, or had changes. Because of the usage of inter-organizational resource characteristic, it makes enterprise apt to obtain outside resource in order to reach the large-scale production, help manufacturers to set up industry''s competitive advantage, and obtain the larger profit.
