Therefore, if the size of the flat panel displays become larger, the total current that flat panel displays needed will also increase. In order to reduce the power consumption, not only the luminescence efficiency of the material should be improved, but also a stable circuit be designed.  In this thesis, a method which uses active matrix current mirror circuit with six TFT to control the current is proposed. In this case, if the quantum efficiency of an OLED is 1% and the luminescence is 300cd/m2, the proposed circuit only requires 7V and 2μA. Compare to others, this result is better than theirs.
