But the course of NPD is tedious, an influence factor are numerous, among them is divided into a factor of key to success and caused the failed factor again, make new product assess paying close attention to the thing more and more while determining to develop.   The study plans to direct against NPD before entering development stage, Analyze stage about the continuation of the developing case or the lapse decision question, in order to weight the feasibility of the NPD case. Build and construct and each assess one such as market environment, industry’s characteristic and technological assets in external environment condition wait. Is offered the weight of assessing by the policymaker and analyze the procedure law through (Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP) analyze that each assesses the factor weight, then screen and choose the scheme, the direction as the NPD policy; In Inside environment can launch the procedure law (Quality Function Deployment, QFD) is the structure, turns the demand of the market, customer into the engineering characteristic and utilize the idea of the House of Quality, the relation among comparative analysis, target planning and engineering characteristic of the cautious appear with quantization, the screen quality/cost the relative appraisal, as the new product design and direction of making a reservation. The study takes successful NPD as an example, to prove that assess the way, can offer to the traditional manufacturing industry the NPD decision of quantization procedure to assess the method, by weighing the feasibility of the NPD case as the continuation of NPD or the basis of the lapse decision.
