Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班 === 93 === The biggest competitive advantage in Taiwan’s Textile Industry is the consistent product-market chain. Under global marketing structure, for increasing the global competitiveness, the manufacture should strengthen the cooperation with supplier and trader and form a close supply chain. Therefore, The Supply Chain Management become one of the important agendas, especially how to maintain the partnerships with either suppliers or traders, or the information exchanging with them are both the key factors to effect the Textile Supply Chain. According to the past literature and the author’s industrial experience, this study is focused on the relationships among information sharing, partnership (trust, flexibility, commitment and dependence), customer/supplier integration ability, and logistic performance. This study found the information sharing level is positively related to how close the partnership is. To the supplier, the information sharing and partnership have positively effects on the supply integration chain and operating achievement. And to the customer, information sharing has positive effects on the supply integration chain and operating achievement, but the partnership dose not have direct effect on the operating achievement. The results of this study could provide the industries a foundation of selecting and building partnerships. Fully information sharing and good partnership not only could create a win-win situation for both suppliers and customers, but also could achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
