Using questionnaire investigation to sample from 521 companies in Hsin-Chu and Tainan Science-Based Parks and inviting mid to high-grade managers to be interviewee. 185 valid samplings are analyzed by SPSS software, such as Descriptive statistics, Factor analysis, Canonical Correlation analysis, and Regression analysis. The analysis results partially support the following seven hypotheses: 1.Knowledge flow is related positively to organizational learning tendancy. 2.Knowledge flow is related positively to knowledge creation conditions. 3.Organizational learning tendancy is related positively to knowledge creation conditions. 4.The effects of social capital on knowledge flow is positive. 5.The effects of knowledge flow on innovative performance is positive. 6.The effects of organizational learning tendancy on innovative performance is positive. 7.The effects of knowledge creation conditions on innovative performance is positive.
