Radio Frequency Identification System (RFID) is one of the very important application of such wireless system. There are so many advantages for Radio Frequency Identification System. Such as tiny size, battery-less,…etc.. It is also very convenient and sufficient for living application of daily lives, Such as entrance guard, managing of supply chain network. This thesis presents the design and implementation of a 2.45GHz RFID Transponder. The transponder contains three parts, including Injection Locked Oscillator, Modulator and Memory Unit, will be introduced more detail in the thesis. Using the ADS to simulate and verify the function of the designed transponder, the circuit was implemented by TSMC 0.18μm 1P6M process provided by Chip Implementation Center.
