Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立體育學院 === 教練研究所 === 93 === The purpose of this study was to evaluate badminton players’ explosive footwork practice. The test objects were 204 high school varsity players or above in Taiwan. Basic conditioning tests (3 events) and four-corner footwork tests (13 events) were combined with SAS statistics (software version 8.2,) and obtained the canonical analysis as follows: (1). 1st CA factor reached to p<.05, and the relative coefficient was 0.47 and 0.22. (2). The variable was 38.94% from the basic conditioning test. The overlapped ratio was 8.86%. The relationship between variable and standing board jump, long jump, and triple jump were 0.71, 0.50, and 0.82. (3). The variable was 66.94% from the badminton four-corner footwork test. The overlapped ratio was 15.23%. The highest relationship between and the four-corner footwork test were three sets with the value of 0.71. The author suggests that three sets of four-corner footwork tests can be an index of training and a test for high school varsity players or above in Taiwan.
