It lets all the people in this world don’t neglect the threat of virus. A knowledge-based system that can identify virus in a short time is needed. In the proposed system, we generate several unique or non-unique probes to identify viruses in a reasonable time. We identify the virus that belongs to which species or genus. The system provides related information about probes for virologists to use in microarray experiment. Our system provides a web interface for users to design genus probes online.
