This research uses the integration model of IT business value provided by Melville et al. (2004). Using the resource-based view as a primary theoretical lens, the integration model describes how each domain impacts the relationship between IT and organizational performance. The integration model of IT business value includes three domains: (1) focal firm; (2) competitive environment; and (3) marco environment. This empirical study adopts the single case study approach with multiple units of analysis. The information collective methods are interview with informants, directly observation, and documents data. The purpose is to record the relative information of the case company. Based on the analysis, the conclusions include: (1) The integration of organizational resources developes strong business process performance. (2) The collaboration of interorganizational IT resources creates the overall competitiveness of SCM. (3) The national policy and IT infrastructure gives the basis of business IT development and organizational performance generation.
