In the article, the metal powder for industrial use, in stead of the steel ball, is adopted in the experiments. The debinding process is observed and discussed. Furthermore, the variation of the flow fronts as will as the quality of the products for different compact shapes and powder sizes are analyzed and compares with previous researches. By the clear statement of the debinding process and the indication of errors between experiment and numerical simulation, this paper may offer valuable reference for the future researches.
