Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 93 === The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among the industrial vocational high school students’ emotional intelligence, problem solving attitude and life adjustment. The research data of this study was collected in questionnaire survey. The subjects were 850 second-grade students of industrial vocational high school in the central Taiwan. The returned-rate of valid questionnaire was 87.2%. The data was analyzed by using frequency distribution, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé method, and Pearson product moment correlation etc. The results of this study shown as follows: 1.Industrial vocational high school students’ emotional intelligence as a whole were above the average. 2.There were significant differences among emotional intelligence of all students’ background variables. 3.The industrial vocational high school students with different emotional intelligence have significant differences between students’ problem solving attitude and life adjustment. 4.There were significant differences between students’ problem solving attitude and life adjustment in relation to students’ emotional intelligence. Teachers should be encouraged to learn in-service and implement the Action Research. In order to increase the ability of class managing and emotion counselling, teachers should try their best to adopt "Problem-solving" strategy to develop students' positive attitude of problem solving and let students adapt the changeable environment.
