Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 93 === The purpose of the study was to discuss the senior secondary school educational supervision in Taiwan and take the Central Region Affairs of the Ministry of Education for example. The followings were also discussed, including the viewpoints of the staff in the public and private senior secondary schools and educational administrators toward the District Supervision and United Supervision. Questionnaire survey were conducted in this study. There were two groups of subjects included in this study. One was 1150 staff from the 115 public and private senior secondary schools in Taiwan, which stratified random sampling was employed. 934 out of 1150 subjects responded to the survey. The other was 100 administrators. 85 subjects of this group responded to the survey.The data was analyzed by the methods of descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. The conclusions of this study were stated in the following: 1.Both groups of the subjects confirmed the beneficial function of the District Supervision and United Supervision. 2.In the light of different variables, staff with different backgrounds had significant differences. 3.In the light of different variables, administrators with different backgrounds had significant differences. 4.There were significant differences between the viewpoints of the staff and those of the administrators. According to the above conclusions, suggestions to educational institutes and supervisors were made.
