Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 93 === Abstract The main purpose of this study was to find relationships among emotional intelligence, crisis management and job satisfaction. We used Salovery's the emotional intelligence questionnaire to evaluate the emotional adaption, emotional regulation and emotional awareness. Acording to literature review, we developed the evaluation tool for three stages of crisis managament. We employed the following seven indicators to evaluate job satisfaction, respectively Cronbachαwas .90, .96, and .94. For achieving the above goal, we surveyed 417 nurses in two medical centers in Taiwan. The tatol returned valid questionnaires were 412. Employed descriptive statistics and hierarchical multiple regression to analyze our data, we have obtained the following six conclusion: a.The emotional intelligence were influenced significantly by the following variables: Married status, working unit, tenure, lasting child's age, belief. b.The crisis managament were influenced significantly by the following variables: Job task, last child's age, belief, even cared SARS's patient, family rejected to work in hospital. c.The emotional regulation affected the post stage of crisis managament. The emotional awareness not affect the crisis managament. d. The emotional regulation influenced to job satisfaction in salary, supervision communication, relationships. e. Who lived with family and were a manager gave the higher scores to job satisfaction in salary, supervision communication, relationships. f.The job satisfaction were influenced significantly by the pre-stage and response stage of crisis managament.
