Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 93 === This study is mainly to confer the related difficulties of Educational Practicum and Teacher Qualification at the Senior Secondary School and to bring up a concrete suggestion for educational administrative organizations. This study adopts self-edited ”Questionnaire to the related difficulties of Educational Practicum and Teacher Qualification at the Senior Secondary School”; the objects are 1000 educators from all Senior Secondary Schools in Taiwan (include administration chiefs, student teachers and practicum counselors). The questionnaire returns 91.6%, and the availability is 90.9%. We adopt frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffé method of posteriori comparisons, and get the following results according to the data analysis of the questionnaires: 1. The opinions of educational practice, teacher qualification screenings, teacher qualification assessment examination of objects, they are tend to “mostly satisfied”. 2. For the three aspects of views about educational practice, teachers qualification screenings, teacher qualification assessment examination, they vary according to organization of Variables. 3. For the three aspects of views about educational practice, teachers qualification screenings, teacher qualification assessment examination, they vary according to personal background Variables. The research gives the following recommendations: 1. New Educational Practicum recommends adopt one-semester practical training. 2. Cancel practicum allowance, and suggest the Ministry of Education award the scholarship or student aid fund to excellent student teachers to encourage the talents to join teaching. 3. We do suggest the Ministry of Education to build the system of master teachers in every school for practicum. 4. It is necessary to establish the system that the directors for practicum should counsel their student teachers at the practice teaching schools to strengthen the supervision and checking for practical training. 5. For public trust, it is necessary to set up exact and standard procedure for the first or reexamined Teacher Qualification Test. 6. Teacher Qualification Test requests educational specialty, we do suggest the Ministry of Education periodically hold the short-term training for related laws and decrees to unite the examination standard. 7. We do suggest the permanent organization of the Ministry of Education to handle Teacher Qualification Test. 8. To match up the requirement for the student teachers practicing either in the first or second semester, it is better to hold Teacher Qualification Test twice a year. 9. The inspection of fundamental documents for Teacher Qualification Test should add the ”Physical Examination” and “Inspection of crime records” to avoid any improper teachers. 10. In consideration of teachers’ specialty, we suggest to add the professional knowledge in test subjects to build a teacher qualification test with educational capability, specialty, consciousness. 11. We suggest the Ministry of Education organizes the standardized tests ASAP to increase the reliability and validity to measure teachers’ capability and disposition accurately.
