Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 化學系 === 93 === Derivatives of bisindolylmaleimide exhibit red luminescence. All final compounds can be found to glass transition temperatures from DSC and show reversible oxidation waves on CV. Two kinds of devices were fabricated in which a layer of pure dye was sandwiched between opposite charge transporting. The Electron Transporting Layers used a green light with tri(8-hydroxyquinolinato)aluminum (Alq) and blue light with 2,2’,2’’-(1,3,5-(8-benzenetriyl)-tris(1-phenyl-1H-benzimidazole(TPBI). Fluorine com- pounds was provided with high hole mobility and using the property were fabricated to approaching the devices of white light. Typical devices can be turned on at 2~4 V with maximal intensity of ~16800 cd/m2(Alq) and 5500 cd/m2(TPBI). The X-ray that BIM of synthesis from our laboratory understanded the nonplanar geometry of these molecu- les to forming glasses.
