It is important to manage uncertainty factors in supply chains, since any partner in trouble would lead to big loss. In the past, many researches probed into supply chains management about lead time control, inventory cost reduced and manufacturing strategies for return maximum that make the contender company affected. Therefore, we tale the methodologies of expected default frequency, value at risk, data envelopment analysis and return of invested capital of portfolios into account in supply chains management. Empirically，we created a three-dimensional matrix to compare the credit risk, value at risk, efficiency, return of invested capital of portfolio for supply chains. Result indicates that chains of SISC-TSMC- SIPIN Corp., SISC-UNITED- SIPIN Corp., MXIC- SIPIN Corp., WINBOND Corp. - SIS Corp., PS Corp.-SIPIN Corp., PROMOS-SIPIN Corp. are the worse supply chains that can help the enterprise selection partner and evaluate the partner’s risk. Not only the study can make our operation efficiency promotion but also have a criterion for selection supply chain partner.
