Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 特殊教育學系所 === 93 === This research focused on the status of disability resource room’s teaching support in elementary schools and their differences according as individual background and environment. Distributed questionnaires to all the elementary schools of the four cities and counties in central Taiwan and treated the collected information with descriptive analysis, t-test and ANOVA. The research conclusions are as the following: 1.Education background: teachers with college diplomas are higher than those with degrees above master in ‘administration support’ and ‘Cronbach alpha’. 2. Professional background: Teachers with diplomas of special education credit class are more consultative than those who graduated from special education department and graduate school. 3. Teaching area: Teachers who work in cities are higher than those who work in countryside in ‘administration support’ ,’teaching facilities’, ‘consulting service’ and ‘Cronbach alpha’. 4. School scale: Teachers who work in schools with classes below 24 are more consultative than those who work in schools with 24 to 48 classes, or above 49 classes. Based on document analysis and the research conclusions, gave recommendations as the following: 1. Recommendations for official administrations: Strengthen the consulting service of special education. 2. Recommendations for school administrations: (1) Provide more administration supports; (2) Increase more teaching facilities; (3) fulfill the function of special education committee. 3. Recommendations for teachers: continuingly engage in advanced studies and seminars in order to promote professional knowledge and teaching efficiency. 4. Recommendations for future study: (1) Increase the number of subjects (2) Supplement qualitative methods to perfect the study; (3) Broaden the research domain of the disability resource room.
