Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 商業教育學系 === 93 === Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP)systems have been adopted by many organization in the past decade. Today’s enterprises have been facing much more pressure than ever before not only because of the rapid change of market demand but the shorter product life cycle so as to service among the competitors all over the world. In order to strengthen the position in the competitive market, most enterprises have started to make plans and financial investments to implement ERP system. Even though most enterprises in Taiwan have recognized the benefits of implementing ERP system, they are still looking for an efficient way to successfully implement the system. This paper draws upon Diffusion of Innovation(DOI)theory to develop and test a model of ERP implementation success. The study focuses on 117 individual companies in Taiwan and makes an integration and empirical examination by using different statistic methods such as relative analysis, reliability and performance analysis, multiple regression analysis and linear structure model analysis to understand the real situation of each company and to test all the hypothesizes. The study shows three important results: (1)Examining the research with LISREL linear relationship model, finding the results can support and confirm to the hypothesis of research , also , interpreting the causality among the major variable;(2) Top management support、education training、compatibility、relative advantage、user participation are positively related to user satisfaction. (3)Relative advantage、user participation、complexity are positively related to organizational performance. This leads to the proposal of a new model of ERP implementation for future research.
