This research aims at reviewing the prominent features of peaks and bottoms of Taiwan stock quotes and the crucial factors related to the fluctuation while in the hope of helping investors in a changing tendency of stock market do the security analyses on basic, political, bargaining, technique and psychological facades, and pierce the crucial factors related to the fluctuation, follow the tendency to be winners in the stock market.
This research adopts the Document Analysis and Investment Theory to collect the key issues and judgment factors influencing the peaks and bottoms of stock quotes to make a professional questionnaire. Then, we do the experts consulting and inquiring by using Delphi technique three rounds, through information induction and statistic analysis of figures, to get the prominent features influencing the peaks and bottoms of Taiwan stock quotes and the crucial factors related to the fluctuation in stock market.
