Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系企業高階管理 === 93 === Colleges are currently facing the strikes of information technology and World Wide Web, their administration and teaching are under huge challenge and pressure. The concept and practice of knowledge management are giving them a chance to make self-examination and improvement. Kaplan & Norton thought that the measurement is the requisitions of management, no management without measurement. Thus, an effective performance measurement system has close relationship with the tactical achievement. However, traditional performance measurements only take financial structure into account but ignore the importance of non-financial factors, such inconsiderate systems should substantially decrease the possibility to successfully carry out knowledge management in colleges. In this research, the combination of Balance Scorecard (BSC) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to explore the key factors of performance measurement in carrying out knowledge management of colleges. Through BSC, the correlations among principles of performance measurement are analyzed. The results also show that the key factors of performance measurement have close relationship to knowledge sharing. Therefore, knowledge sharing has to be highly valued in order to promote the performance of knowledge management and the practice of knowledge sharing has the deepest influence on inspiration, authorization and coordination in the facet of learning growing.
