According to the fit and studying process of infant education,I want to inquire the practice of Buddhism infant education that effect researcher. My research quality is to study the life of approach,I take deep interviewto co11ect data. The researcher talk about his process of education job and his education ,to explain that researcher take education as Buddhist monk in to the business infant education market,he can be promoted,if he hasspecial background,characteristic,turning point or key people,and histhinking and way of education.
