| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 公共行政研究所 === 93 === "The controlling law of family violences" defines the task and work unit of the work of controling of family violences. They have law-defines authorities of network, intergrated with polices, education, hygency, socity administration, and low to construct the preventing network of controlling family violences. But for the limition of human resources rif of goverment, The network of controlling law of family violence has different location due to the differences of costitution. This research bases on : (1) the layout types of controlling network of governments, (2) the examples coming from Kaoshiung City, Changhua County, Taitung County goverment (3) the analysis of dynamics and static network relationship of observing viewpoint.
